It's lovely to find a massage therapist who sincerely cares about you as an individual in the way Sima does. She  is very professional  and also very kind and sweet. I have been working with Sima since 2020 and my health has improved dramatically. I no longer need pain medication. She teaches me and educates me to understand my body and its needs. With Sima I become more motivated to workout regularly and I am able to help myself with a self massage to relieve a pain from my neck and lower back. Sima is super positive and thoughtful as a personality . I am always in a better mood after our online sessions!  Cannot recommend enough!

Honestly, I loved the better posture challenge, and I still do some of the exercises, as they are easy to do and to remember. I work from home, and it means that I can be sitting anywhere I like with my laptop while working, mostly I used to choose my armchair (no wonder I had back pain), but the challenge made sit at the table and sit correctly. Also, the exercises were posted at a perfect time that reminded me to move my body.
