ABOUT ME:
I'm an exercise therapist with 15 years of experience, on a mission to improve women's health. Five years ago, during a tough period in my life marked by depression and incontinence, I faced a pivotal moment. My dream of surfing felt out of reach, but I refused to let my condition win.
Determined, I used my expertise to start pelvic floor exercises. In just one month, I conquered my incontinence and reclaimed my active life. Now, I’ve dedicated myself to helping countless women overcome pelvic floor issues, proving that no challenge is too great when your dreams are bigger. Let’s tackle this together!
